We deliver to all Emirates across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International delivery may be introduced in the future and will be updated on our website accordingly. - Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery:1–2 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen courier-related circumstances.
- Business days exclude Sunday and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery Charges
- 1 kg – 5 kg: AED 17
- Above 5 kg: AED 1 per additional kg
- Final delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on public holidays or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all locations within the UAE.
- Customers are kindly requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
- Century Express will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled on the third attempt.
- Any applicable delivery or return charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.

- Delivery Status Updates
Customers will receive delivery status updates via their registered email address or phone number (SMS/WhatsApp), as provided at the time of order placement. - Package Inspection
Customers are kindly requested to check their order at the time of delivery.If there are any concerns related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you quickly and efficiently. - Force Majeure
